chicago23 Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi, My wife got a 221(g) asking her to submit my Payslips and Bank Statements for 2010 & 2011. I have switched to a new employer in JUL 2010 and have all pay slips. But my old employer had issued more paychecks than required in 2010 JUL, AUG and SEP even though I swithced the employer. So 2 paychecks from OLD employer and New employer shows up on my JUL, AUG and SEP Bank statements. Will this be an issue?? I am not sure if H1B candidate can have two employers paying at the same time for 3-4 months. Please advice. Link to comment
