sseshad Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 Hello Folks, I received an RFE on my I-140 petition on 07/19/2011. The RFE requests for evidence the company can pay the annual wage. My question is would the annual report of the company be good enough as evidence ? I dont think my company would be willing to share any confidential information like the tax return.
