I want apply for wife and kids h4 extension,they are with me in USA.Can I apply before my case aproved? My employer does not pay for my family, what do you suggest for my family-I have to go with lawyer or I can apply my self. If I can apply myself let me know which form I need to fiilup and fees for them. Pl. give me link where I can got all information to compleat file. Thanks Link to comment
