7th Year Extn with Approved 140

Hi,

I got an RFE on my 7th year extension with approved 140.

The RFE is about Employer-Employee relationship asking for contract papers, vendor/client letters and pay stubs etc.

I'm hoping to get through after the reply.

Also, preparing for the worst outcome. In case my extn get denied what are the options I have.

1. Can, I file a new H1B premium for extn with same employer, my current H1 expired in Apr'2011 (6 years).

2. Can I file through a new employer with approved 140 asking for 3 year extn.

Pls advise.
