scjat Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 Hello, I had filed for AOS(based on wife's employment category) in Aug'07, and I was working on H1-B till now. I had filed for EAD/AP last week, and my company might revoke H1-B and I am very concerned about my status and eligibility to stay in US. Can I stay in US till the time I get my EAD/AP without H1-B .. Please share your advice. Thanks, SC Link to comment
