reply.chandra
Hello, Below is my scenario: - I entered USA in Oct 2009 on L1B, with visa validity till March 2012 as employee of company "A" - I had a change of status from L1B to H1B in Jan 2011 & joined Company "B". (E-V-V-C mode) - I had a H1B transfer from Company "B" to Company "C" in July 2011. Have been working for Company "C' since then, it is a US based Manufacturing Company. I work as a full time employee for inhouse projects. I need to travel to Germany next month for a business trip of 2 weeks. Here are my questions: ---------------------- 1) Is it easier to get the H1B stamped in a US consulate in Germany or is it preferred to go back to India? 2) If I need to go back to india, is there any risk of not getting the visa stamped? - what are the conditions under which the visa might be rejected? I have been mainting my status in USA, have all pay stubs, Tax documents & Experience letters. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
