H1B RFE not updated in USCIS website for Premium processing-CSC

Hi my H1B case got an RFE on July-25 and i am in OPT right now which is expiring Set-30 2011; my lawyer said he had responded to the RFE on Sept2 in Premium Processing, but till today sept-17 i have no update on the USCIS website ,i am really scared that they have atleast got my Files with them, does anyone has a similar issue.I am running out of time, If they delay the Premium Processing more than 15 Days, i have heard they send ur documents to a local center which could take some months-Years for Decision.

I got a 2nd RFE on Sept-19 ,asking for Employers Tax filings and Financial Documents; My Lawyer Faxed the Documents the same day.

Did the USCIS change your status to an update to RFE received or did they just update your status to RFE notice sent before sending your RFE.

I am in the same situation as you my Lawyer had responded to RFE on Sep 2nd but I still have no update. I have done Premium processing in Vermont though.
