i-485 filled during visa gate 2007, PD about to be current, now what to expect

My i-485 was filed during visa gate of July 2007, and now my priority date is about to go current.

What should I expect next?

Do I have to file any form? or just wait to get the plastic card to get delivered to my home address.

I guess just wait - monitor closely if you get an RFE and turnaround the response really quickly. You can do a service request ifyou like. Sometimes, it trigers early processing. I experienced it with my EAD card. I opened the SR and the approval email came in 1 minute before the SR reply.
