What happens to old I140

Hi,

With company A I'm done with I140 in EB3 category. Currently I'm in the process of filing another PERM in EB2 category thro' company B and planning to port my PD.

Would this invalidate my old I140 anyway??? Can I use the company A's I140/PD to file PERM/I140 thro another company C?
