mide Posted September 15, 2011 Report Share Posted September 15, 2011 Hello Group Members - I was with company A on L1 (L1 - valid until July 2012)and then moved to company B on H1B. Company B got my H1B along with new I-94 having approval starting on 29th Nov 2010. So my status changed, but I continued to work for company A until 3rd Jan 2011 and joined company B on 4th Jan 2011. Please note that Payslip slip for company B started only on 4th Jan 2011 and I was on company A payslip until 3rd Jan 2011. I am planning to go to India next month and have to go for H1B stamping, please let me know if this will have any issue for my H1B stamping. Thanks! Link to comment

This could be an issue when you apply for your visa. I would recommend contacting an experienced immigration attorney to review your records and advise you on how best to proceed. Link to comment
