Hi Greetings.

I am currently with Company A. I got an offer with Company B and applied for H1 Transfer in manual processing. The Status showing as Initial verificaion. It is expected to complete in 120 days.

Well, I am still with Company A, I got an other offer with Company C, Who is intrested to do Premium Processing. But I have to quit Company A before this Premium processing completes.

So, Can I join Company B and switch to Company C once H1 Transfer approved for Company C?

Do I need to wait to join Company C, till my H1 Transfer with Company B approved which is a manual processing? Please help me here.

I was on maternity leave from Apr 2011 to July 2011. I didnt have recent paystubs as i was on unpaid leave.Submitted three paystubs prior to leave and leave request form with the petition.
