Her passport does not have a last name so her H4 visa was stamped with first name as FNU and last name as her first name. We did check with the indian consulate in NY and they are ready to issue a new passport with my last name(i.e change of name due to marriage). My question is what about Visa? Do i need to go for restamping when i go to India next. My Current stamped Visa is valid till 2013 and i am going to india on November Link to comment
