PERM vs University of North Virgina

Hi ,

My wife has completed her MBA from **** ( the latest university raided by USCIS) in 2006 . She is on her H1b now . I have the foll questions in view of the current developments wrt **** -

1) Will her MBA from **** in 2006 be un recognised .

2) She is filing for her PERM -

Tittle - Business Systems Analyst

Job Req - MBA with 6 months exp .

Her recruitemnt phase is over and will be filling her PERM next month . Question is will her PERM be queried or rejected based on the latest developments wrt ****.
