Need suggestion regarding H1B.

Hi,

I was in US completed my masters and worked there for 2 years and my H1B had expired. I got H1B visa for only one year.I had to came back to India.

It's been 2 years since I left US. Can I now apply for my H1B with different employer?

If my wife has a valid H1B can I work on H4?
