Name mistake in Labor processing

Hi, I applied ofr my labor on April 2011. It got approved yesterday. But, I found that my name was wrongly spelled. actually, my name is

"ABCD EFGH". But it was printed as "ABCDEFGH". (the space between ABCD EFGH was missed). Does any one know how big this problem could be. IF so what i need to do on that? I am plannig to apply for I-140 soon. I want to make sure it should be rectified before if possible.

Does it going to be any problem at all?

If all that is missing is the space between the first and last name, you should still be able to proceed with the I-140, but you may need to explain the typographical error if there is a Request for Evidence from the USCIS.

It would be wise for you and your employer to speak with a competent immigration attorney who has the opportunity to review all of the relevant information and documentation before deciding how to proceed with this case.
