lakers Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Here is my situation Company A filed under EB3(PD:Oct 2002) 140 approved, I485 filed got EAD Joined company B with same role as company A, applied for AOS21 and then refilled my labor with EB2. Now it is approved and filling for I-140. I got a role change and moved into Manager from Engineer. Do you think it will impact my I485 or new I-140. Do we need to inform USCIS for this change?
