Hi,

I want to transfer my H1B visa from company A to company B. My new employer collected my required documents for the same and seems started the process, they didnt ask for dependents details. My wife and daughter is with me on H4 Visa now. I want to know what will be her status once I join company B. Do I need to transfer her H4 visa?

My current H1B is valid till 2013. we dont have H1B stamped to our passport, since got that few months back (L1 to H1 transfer, our new I-94 is part of approval notice for all, and its valid till 2013). our current passport stamping is for L1, and its validitiy already expired.
