My company applied for OPt to H1 change of status.Initially it applied for regular processing on June 30th and since we didnt hear anything and my OPT expired on aug 15th ,my company upgraded to premium processing on aug 11th.( and I was told that I am not authorized to work till i get my h1)

I havent heard anything yet and online case status still shows that app received on June 30th and nothing about PP and my lawyer told me today that my app got transferred from nebraska to California

If My app got upgraded to PP will I still have the same receipt number? and why doesnt it show that it has been upgraded? My 15th day for pp will be Friday

what do they mean by transfer of application from nebraska to california?Please some one help me with my questions
