How to find if my GC application is pre-adjudicated ?

PD: July, 2007

I-140: approved in 2007

I-485: Filed in August 2007

Service Center: Texas

RFE in 2009 - Online status still shows "RFE review", even though I replied with the required medical forms right away. I did not have time to get my Medical exam done at time of filing I-485

Biometrics: done only once in Dec 2007

I would like to know if my GC application is pre-adjudicated or not? I called USCIS, but got through to Tier 1 customer service rep only, who did not have this information. He refused to transfer my call to Tier 2 Immigration Officer because my Priority date is not yet current.

He opened a SR for more information on the RFE.

Can anyone suggest how to find if my case is pre-adjudicated or not ? The reason is that

I have a very good new job offer and would consider moving to the new job, only if my case is pre-adjudicated. I do not want to complicate my GC application more. If my case is pre-adjudicated, I can rest fairly easy that there will be no issues and I'll get my GC when PD becomes current.

Requesting for any good suggestions that might help me find out.
