redredvine Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 Filed:Aug 2008 Audited: May 2009, responded in 2 weeks Denied: Sept 2010, appealed. Any idea how long the appeal takes. This is request for reconsideration to CO, not a BALCA appeal. Has anyone with a Aug 2008 date heard back after an appeal? I've to make a decision whether to file a new PERM or wait out the appeal?
