NC_EB3 Posted May 31, 2011 Report Share Posted May 31, 2011 Current Status: Priority Date: Feb 2006 Eb3 I140 Approved: 2006 Eb2 I140 Approved: May / 2011 I-485 pending from July / 2007 Working on EAD, with same (GC) employer. Can I update my I485 by myself? How? Do I need a lawyer? At this point on time I do not have access to my employer's lawyer. My EB2 I140 approved with wrong Priority Date. Thanks Link to comment

If your A number is the same the the USCIS already conencted your new I-140 and pending I-485, you may not need to do anything. And no, there is no "precedure". Link to comment
