2 H1Bs approved but working for only one company

Hi all,

I am in a situation and i hope your suggestion would help a lot.

would it be a problem during visa interview if you have 2 H1B's (approved) but only one pay stub(working for only one company).

Company A valid H1B approved and currently working.

Company B H1B transfer approved and date of joining is sometime in future say, (october 15th).

I need to go to India due to some family reasons and if I go to India during this time, would it be a problem.

Of course, I will be carrying all the documents.

If anybody has doen that, please share your experience.
