Please Reply Very Urgent Valuable suggestions needed

Hi Guyz,

I got h1b extension for 3 yrs last year(haven's given client letter or anything during h1b renewal and gave my employer address and visa got approved).Now i am working in different Client location from where my LCA and H1B filed.i just joined like 2 weeks to this new location (i.e west coast).MY employer is in Central location.So i need to go for stamping and when i am looking at forumns i am seeing if u change for new location u need to file LCA and h1b amendent( i dont know what exactly is amendent).The Client i am working now gives Client letter adn supporting documents.I got another offer from Client where 1 mile away from my employer location.I am working with this client on and off for past 3 yrs.This Client wont give Client letter or any references as part of their company policy but the Prime vendor(again desi company) gives the letter what ever i want.So i am not sure what to do.

If anybody help me that would be really great .
