H13040 Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 Hi, I have applied H1 during 2010 quota and got it approved on March 2011 but without I94. My company did H1 amendment to request for I94 and it is currently in process. My OPT expired during the mid of April. I wanted to know if I am presently in status.
