I-140 Premium application sent to USCIS Dallas Lockbox

It will be really appreciated if any of the experts on this forum could answer:

My lawyer sent my premium I-140 application package to USCIS Dallas Lock facility. I think it should have gone to USCIS Texas Service Center

4141 North St. Augustine Road Dallas TX 75227 as indicated in I-140 instructions.

What happens if the lockbox receives the premium application. will they forward to service center or promptly send back to lawyer. it contains the original labor cert, hence i am worried it should not get lost.

You are correct. The I-140 petition should have been filed with the USCIS Service Center. Most likely the I-140 petition will be rejected and returned to the attorney.
