How to know why they did like this? How long refund will take? Should I wait for refund or go ahead to convert to premium process by paying fee again? Please advise kpalli

kpallir Posted August 24, 2011 Author Report Posted August 24, 2011 I paid premium process fee again. I got approval under preimum process with second fee. I did not get refund of first fee. Do not know how to get it?
