honey2011 Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 just curious. Did you have any RFEs pending as you should have got in 2010 itself right. Why did it take that long? Even if PD is current do they take that long to process? Link to comment
SRRV Posted June 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 I got RFE for I-140 - but that too in early 2010. After we responded, I-140 got approved and then ....... just pending ... no obvious reason for this long time.... I called USCIS a couple of time and always got the answer that - it is with an adjudication officer and you should hear from them in next 60 days. SRRV Link to comment
