sk.january
You would get 3 years from company B based on your approved I140(even if it is from a previous/different company) when you do a transfer of H1. You would need to apply by providing a copy of your approved I140. Regards SK Link to comment

kerunb
Hi, If the Company A revoked I-140 after completing transfer of H1-B to Company B, still the H1-B with Company B is valid ? is my status is legal? can i get my old PD if Company B applies for gc processing? thanks. Link to comment
