Around 25 H1B, 20 H4 and 5 i-140 are approved in our company name under an incorrect FEIN number..one digit of FEIN number is wrong in all the forms including LCA, I-129 forms and other immigration documents. This issue was figured out today only. I would like to know if we should file the amendments and explain the discrepancy for the existing active ones or Do nothing right now to correct the mistake. As you now the immigration authorities are very particular in approving the cases And file all the new and new extension cases with correct FEIN number. Appreciate your earliest thoughts.
