I-140 Question - Experience

Hi All,

My current employer is sponsoring my GC and my labor got approved 2 weeks back. My GC was submitted under EB-2 category. When they submit the advertisement for labor certification, our company lawyer has mentioned that they need 10 years of experience for my position.

Based on the details I collected from murthy forum, 5 years of experience is sufficient for EB2 cases.

I am wondering this scenario will create problem to my I-140 application. I have got valid 10 years of experience.

Please help. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
