Honoria Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 My I- 140 was approved in 2006. Now I got a NOIR on it asking to prove employer employee relationship. Technically since the green card is for future employment does this even make sense? I know they have been using this for H1B's. If any of you guys have faced the same thing can you please give me your input and the outcome? Link to comment
