Hi ,

i got laid-off on 25 July 2011, and on 16 August new employer filed H1-B transfer in premium processing after approval of LCA. USCIS asked RFE for the pay stub for time between 25 July and 16 August.

I don't have a pay stub for that period. What can be legal solutions in my scenario?
