Patta Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 Hi, My I-140 was filed in Texas Service center on Oct 12 2010 in EB3 and till now I haven't heard back from them . When I tried to see the processing times in USCIS for TSC it shows 4.6 months. Does any one have any idea whether it is getting late or Is anyone facing the same issue. Thanks Patta Link to comment

My details: Receipt Date: 10/07/2010 Processing type: Not sure (perhaps regular) Category: EB1-EA Service Center: Texas Status: Initial Review (status as of June 3, 2011) Guys, let me know if anyone else is in similar situation or has seen some progress.
