L2 Dependent VISA_

Hi All,

Currently I am working in USA with L1B VISA. Last month my family went for L2 Visa stamping, as per VISA officer at Hyderabad (INDIA) said that visa is approved you will get your passport within 4 days. My employer received the passport with VISA stamped and also without any case ID or letter.

When my employer sent mail to consulate, they are saying it’s in administrative process.

I don't know wht to do now, without any case ID how I can follow-up.

Please advice.
