eclectic
I have been working with a company for sometime and went on a personal leave for couple of months (4 months to be exact) to out of country to take care of some personal matters. I came back in the middle of May this year and started finding work with another employer and got a job offer with another company in the first week of June. So far, I have not reported to work and I am still on personal leave according to my old company's records. Now I have to file for H1B transfer before I can start working for my new company but the last paystubs I have are four months old. Is this going to be an issue during the processing of my case as I think they require three recent paystubs? Link to comment
Transformer
You didn't mention which visa you re-entered with about a month ago. If you re-entered with H1B then yes you have an issue. You can't be here without pay stub, though you are on personal vacation. Basically you are out of status and it will create problems for your H1 transfer. Link to comment
