PERM Audit Current Dates

All,

My labor filed in June 2009 has been in audit.

I find on the iCert portal that the current audit dates are in Dec 2009. It used to be at Jan 2009 a few weeks back. I was wondering whether this is a mistake. Has any body filed in 2009 and been in Audit got it approved recently?

yes, I noticed it too. The perm processing times as of 3/9/2011 was for Mar 2009 cases, but now with the updated time lines its showing Dec 2009.

Request people who applied for labour between Mar 2009 and Dec 2009 to reply to this thread and let us know if you got it approved recently.

Those of you who have audited PERMS should check with the employers as the employers may not be checking the status regularly. Please do post if you have any updates.

Also I request muthry.com to let us know, if you have see a big advancement on the audited cases.

Thats true, they cleared a lot of backlogs - check ******** for the numbers.

I would recommend follow up with your lawyers, I am think they might have an email in their inbox or spam folder from DOL.
