I-140 approved, change of employer

Hi,

My I-140 got approved in March-2011 with my current employeer.My priority date is March-2010.

With the above facts, can i change my job ? If so, should i be able to keep my current priority date ?

What critical things i should consider before i take this decision ?

Currently, my 3 yrs of H1B is complete & my H1B is renewed for 3 more years.
