Date of birth certificate for green card

HI, i am yashodha from india. Kindly help me resolve my problem of DOB.

1. For date of birth certificate from hospital- i had contacted personally, they said after some period they destroyed it. Now, i got authority letter for this.

Further, when i go to the muncipal office, i came to known that my date of birth is different (exact one year difference) from my passport DOB.

So, what and all documents i need to collect from india. Both of my parents are not alive. please help mein this. Is this going to be effect my future life??

Well, the USCIS does not really care what's in your passport. Use it your advantage.
