So my questions are: * When to apply for a GC to stay here beyond the 6th year time frame? * My company is a big Indian employer which does not have a policy to process GC at my level. Now, can I get my GC processed by them while I pay for it? How much is the cost in EB2 category? Thanks Link to comment
Joe.F Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 The employer absolutely has to pay for the LC and all costs associated with it, including lawyer costs. That's in the law. You are NOT allowed to pay for it nor reimburse the employer in any way or form. Link to comment
