I 140 file March 30, 2011 still initial review/ EB2/EB3

My I 140 under regular processing was filed at TSC on Mar 30, 2011 and still says Initial review.

Statistically, how long does it take?

Also, I don't know whether my employer has filed under EB2 or EB3

I have always this silly question. Does EB2/EB3 affects I-140 processing? Or it only comes into play after I-140 approval
