Yes, but it should be the job requirement, not what you have. My labor was a Master's plus one year post-Masters experience, and I-140 got approved in two weeks.

"...BS+5 or MS+2 years of experience..."

There is a bit of inconsistency between Bach+5 or Masters+2. Also it should be Masters+2 or Bach+5 because the LC should require Masters and Bachelor's should be an alternative. I really don't know if this would matter, but if the labor advertising is not filed yet, I would probably tried to change to Masters+2 or Bach+7.

My I-140 was approved in EB3 as wrong check box was selected. Is it possible to amend I-140 for EB2 category?
