Can I transfer from Conditional Green card to another visa may be H-1

Hi,

I am just curious to know. If there is a way to change your status from conditional green card to another visa may be H-1 or some thing else.This might be helpful if the marriage is not going along well and you are afraid to file a waiver . I know this is stupid question but would appreciate any ligh on this, Thanks!

Hmm.... never thouht about it. H1 shoudl work since it is a dual intent visa. I would call an experienced lawyer and ask. Probably, the safest way to deal with it is to leave the country, formally give up your green card, and get H1 stamp, but I might be wrong.
