H1B extension denied. Newly applying with another company. I-94 expires in 2 week

Hi,

My i-94 expiring in two weeks times. My current company's H1 transfer is rejected today. I am working with this company for past 6 months.

1) Now my company is planning to apply new application(immediately before my i-94 expires) through another consultant with premium processing.

2) Also paralelly, my company is planning to appeal to the current denial.

Is it possible to do both of the above simultaneously?

Which option is good for me right now?

Can I able to stay in US if my company applies for appeal to denial?

Please suggest me a best solution in my current situation..

i m in same boat with you.i believe 3 options are open for u.

1)apply new company with premium process before i-94 exp

2)appeal wth current company,but remember till appeal reiceipt come u can't work now

3)ask ur previous employer to take you ,if they not revoked ur h1b application
