millin Posted September 2, 2011 Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 I filed my H1B in May,2011 and received a RFE in July. My attorney is working on it. My OPT was extended to 9/30/3011 as 10/1/2011 was supposed to be the start date of H1B. I am wondering what I should do if I don't have a decision from USCIS by 9/30/2011. Will my OPT be extended again? Should I upgrade the process to premium? I am getting really worried... Thanks. Link to comment
