H1B transfer / or new visa

I work for an cap exempt employer A . Few months back I got offer from cap subject employer B and he even applied for my h1b and it got approved but I decided to stay with cap exempt employer A and never worked for B. I never mentioned this to my boss at A. Now company C which is profit offered me job and processing my H1B.

1)Will there be any problem to the visa ?

2) Am I in legal status due exempt and non-exempt issue ?
