I transfer from COMPANY A to COMPANY B(prime vendor) last year (2010)and received approved i-797 with out i-94 attached. On May 4, i attend the visa interview in Hyderabad with i-797 of company B and got 221g yellow slip. On May 9, i submitted all the documents. On May 29, i came back to USA with my previous visa and now waiting for reply from US consulate for new visa stamp. My question is: 1) Shall my wife get H4 visa while my case is under 221g processing ? 2) Should i need to wait until my visa gets done and then apply h4 visa for my wife? 3) How to track 221g Yellow processing? 4) What is the processing time for 221g yellow slip cases?
