New petition from multiple employers

Hi,

I am on L1 visa currently.

I got an offer from a small company in August'2011 and I accepted it and gave them all documents required for new H1b process.

Now, I have a new offer from a logo company and I want to join this company. I haven't told them about my old offer and process. Can I go for another petition file from this new employer?

I checked with the small company about status of the process but they are saying it is in process and they are not giving me visa fee receipt or application number.

What should I do?
