jdblog Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 Hello I am in an situation i filed my h1b on 2005 and my last h1b ended on oct2010 i worked for 4years in US and i went to india convert to h4 and came back to US on nov 2010 so now i want to convert h4 to h1b so my question is when i am converting from h4 to h1b i will come under old cap or it will come under new cap. and my last h1b is revoked before i leave the country. please help me..
