Work for a Company in abroad from India

Hi,

I'm a software programmer. I'm going to join one Company from Malaysia as full time employee. They asked me to sit and work from India. They ll pay Indian Money as a Salary. They don't have any branch in India. They are ready to provide all documents what i want. But don't know what are all I required from them as per Indian Law.

Could anyone please tell me whether it is possible?

Can I work like this from India?

Is there any legal issues on this?

Please help.... :(
