9089 Form - Section H 14 Special Skills

During review of PERM 9089 form (as attorney is mailing-in he needed my sign), I found that he has put the following under Section H 14- Special skills( Page 3 of form 9089)

Experience with Java, JSP, JavaScript, and web services

• Experience with MVC pattern using JSF/Struts

• Experience with data access techniques including Hibernate, JDBC, JDO

• Experience with version control software including Subversion, GIT, CVS

• Experience with messaging patterns including JMS, SOAP, and REST

• Experience with working in agile processes (e.g. scrum, XP, FDD)

My concern is that this would trigger an audit, as this information was not mentioned on the Prevailing Wage Determination form 9141, Page 3 (Section D.d.5-Special Skills).

Luckily, I have experience in at least 3 of the skills mentioned above with letters from previous employers.

Please advise if this is a cause of concern? The attorney says it is OKAY to NOT mention special skills on PWD 9141, but OKAY to mention them on PERM 9089.
